last game of the league..!
a game which will decide whether AFC are CHAMPIONS or runner-up..

a debut season for AFC and they are hungry for a win..
the match started off well..
attacks from both sides as both teams went in searched for the opener..

the 1st goal came through for AFC after a great delivery from the left hand side corner kick..
our newly recruited CB, wei gen, met the ball with a great header, leaving the keeper in no-man's land..
but 1 of BFC player handled the ball to keep it out of goal only to be sent off by the ref & awarded AFC a penalty kick..
GOAL, it was as our top scorer, syukri, took the spot-kick..

2nd goal came just minutes after..
after persistance attacks from AFC, syukri managed to sneak in another goal..
but lapse of concentration saw AFC conceding 1 goal..
1st half ended 2-1...

2nd half started & AFC were not going to throw their lead away, which would den saw them the CHAMPIONS..
they continued their momentum, which proved vital as the 3rd goal came, yet from another corner, which met the head of CM playmaker, khairil..
AFC tried attacks after attacks to seal the game but the resilience defence of BFC kept them at bay..

minutes before the final whistle, CB, firdaus, was sent off after a 2nd yellow..
den, BFC managed to turn the game back on scoring their 2nd goal of the game, after a great work on the right hand side..
tension were high as AFC can't wait for the final whistle to be blown..

in the end, the referee blew the final whistle..!
3-2 were the scoreline & AFC were the CHAMPIONS of the Division 9 league..!
Congrats Amirals FC..!
lets look forward to our next season in Jan..

coming into this game AFC are with 2 games in hand, 4 point behind the league leaders..
obviously, AFC had to win this match..
3 scorers, 1 hat trick..

things were evenly match between the 2 side..
though Possuer seems quite likely to take the lead..
but 1/2 hr gone & AFC had taken the lead..
thanks to playmaker, khairil, for scoring from a free-kick which was taken superbly into the top corner..
after that, AFC dominated much of the match..
Possuer had their chances to equalise but AFC defence was like a wall..
1-0 the 1st half ended..

2nd half..
Possuer had a penalty claim, but the ref paid no attention to it..
they threw men forward in searched for an equaliser but it backfired..
after great work by CM, Jali, in the middle of the park, he slide the ball perfectly for right-mid, Nashri, to timely cross the ball for top scorer, Syukri..
great individual skill..!
Jali was again in the mix, slotting the ball through for Syukri who had all the time in the world to pick his spot passed the keeper..
hat-trick was now on Syukri's mind..
he soon scored his third goal not long after..
left-mid khairi unselfishly square the ball for Syukri to get his 1st hat trick in the league..

4-0 it was now for Admirals Fc..!
the fifth came from captain, Ferza..
just came back on, he managed to steal a sloppy pass from Possuer defence to lop the keeper which stood rooted onto the ground..
marvellous shot!

5-0 it ended to AFC..
great teamwork & determination were shown from AFC..
lets bring forward that attitude onto our last match of the league..
top spot..!
go ADMIRALS go..!
